US / Canada Disclaimer

Before I can post your goods, I need to ask you for confirmation that you
agree with the Terms & Conditions below, due to issues with Product
Liability Insurance. Because of the amount of litigation that goes on in
the US / Canada, many UK Insurance Companies will not provide Product
Liability Insurance cover for products being sold to these countries. So,
you need to decide if you would still like to use our products. If you
decide not to, we will of course issue a full refund via PayPal.

To confirm your agreement, please reply to this email stating that you
agree with the Terms and Conditions. ("I confirm that I agree with the
Terms and Conditions, please ship my order").

"Due to US / Canadian Legislation, our Insurance will not cover any claims
instituted at that source. Any goods purchased from Gorgeous Guineas for
use in the US / Canada are used at your own risk. We make no claims
(viable in the USA / Canada) for any of our products and accept no
liability."

It usually takes about 7-10 days for products to be delivered via Airmail,
sometimes up to 14 days if Customs wish to take a look at them. Each
product is sent with a comprehensive instruction sheet. Once you receive
your products, please feel free to email me if you have any additional
questions - I'm always happy to help, or take on board any feedback that
you have.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless you choose to add "INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR" to you
order, there is no way of tracking it. UK ROYAL MAIL DOES NOT CONSIDER
ITEMS TO BE "LOST" UNTIL 25 DAYS AFTER POSTING, SO WE CANNOT PUT IN A
CLAIM OR ISSUE A REPLACEMENT UNTIL THIS TIME HAS ELAPSED.
